For DTG (direct to garment) digital printing we DO NOT have any minimums! Using our digital printing technology, you may have personalised t-shirts with no minimum purchase whatsoever. You can order a single custom printed t-shirt for yourself or for everyone you know! For screen printing, it depends on the type of shirt so we ask that you make a custom quote.
Due to the lengthy setup durations of screen printing and embroidery, there is a 12-piece minimum for these processes.
Direct to garment (DTG) printing is when your design is printed directly from the computer to the shirt utilizing huge ink jet printers. This is a form of digital printing. This method allows you to print a wide range of colors, making it ideal for full-color images. Furthermore, because of digital printing, we can offer custom t-shirts with no minimum purchase need.
For screen printing, each color in a pattern is split and burned to individual fine-mesh screens in screen printing, a more traditional t-shirt customizing method. Through the screen, the ink is subsequently transferred to the garment. Screen printing is commonly chosen by teams, organizations, and enterprises since it is more cost-effective for printing large bespoke apparel orders
250 dpi for graphics, images and photographs.
250 dpi for color and greyscale pictures.
1.200 dpi line artwork (drawings and text at a tiny font size).
150 dpi for advertising technology and text-based ad posters
72 dpi for advertising technological items.
Save your files as PDF, EPS, AI, PS, JPG, or TIF, which are all print-ready vector file types. All layers should be reduced to a single, flat backdrop layer.
To avoid printing issues, convert all of your fonts and paths to outlines (or if we do not have the exact font on our systems).
Make sure the text and background colors have enough contrast.
Full-bleed pictures should be used.
Use full-bleed pictures with visuals that span the whole dimension of the paper to achieve the greatest potential result.
Borders should be avoided in designs.
Borders should not be used in your designs. If the print shifts during the cutting process, the borders may seem uneven.
Upload your pictures in the proper orientation.
Images can be arranged horizontally or vertically. Upload your print file in the appropriate orientation when creating a product.
We appreciate this magnificent planet and believe that its preservation is important. It was a straightforward decision for us to become green, but we want to make it as simple as possible for everyone. Even the slightest actions we make over time, we believe, can have a huge influence. As a result, it is our objective to make ecologically friendly solutions more accessible than they have ever been.
We try to always source responsibly made blank apparel to print on and only work with a small few hand selected manufacturers of clothing. Outside of apparel, we also print regular printing products and for these we work entirely with recycled paper, including our packaging and the mailers we use to carry your order. This means no trees are cut down or harmed, and all of our paper is made from recycled materials.
To further limit our carbon footprint, we only print with eco-inks and non-toxic digital toners. We’re always searching for new ways to incorporate sustainability into our processes.
Paper: We only use 100% PCW paper that has been certified by the FSC (Forestry Stewardship Council). Rather than using carbon or nuclear energy, we use biogas, which is generated by decomposing landfill waste and collected and used at the mill for paper production. As a result, thousands of tons of CO2 are saved each year.
Printing: We print only with non-toxic inks to keep our air and water free of toxins, rather than using hazardous inks that include VOCs (volatile organic compounds).
All of our products are sourced from within the United States and Canada to ensure that our quality and sustainability standards are met. All of our printing is done in our Brooklyn, New York facility.
Our team double-checks all of the work before printing. We’ll let you know if we run into any problems with the files and show you how to fix them. Please note that color and size mode conversions will be performed automatically without your input.
Before we start printing, we double-check:

To ensure that there are no white spots on the printed output, all files should have a 2mm bleed on both sides. As a result, your design should always be 2mm larger than the print format (including pictures and graphics). Minor changes, such as white margins, may happen if this is not done. To ensure that fonts and significant components of your artwork are visible, keep them at least 3mm away from the final format (not considering bleeding) and avoid using edges as edges in layouts.
Optional
The bleed should be 4mm on either side if you’re transmitting data in an open format for printing (e.g., A4 size with bleed should be 301 x 214mm).
If submitting files for presentation folders, banners, monthly calendars, packaging, or other promotional technology items, please include a 3mm bleed on each side.
Textile elastic frames must have a bleed of 15mm.
